I like to apply a dark peach/orange-ish corrector under my eyes and on really dark spots, then I’ll apply a light dusting of setting powder to make sure it doesn’t move around or lift when I blend concealer or foundation over it. Correctors go underneath everything in order to neutralize the discoloration first so your foundation and concealers don't have to work as hard to cover them up.
